Released for the 10-year anniversary of Reid's passing, the SumoFish collab design features several elements that reminds us of Reid. He's doing the thing he loved most, flying! The shark represent his love of the ocean and sharks alike, specifically "Sharka" the hawaiian shark from Crazy Shirts. The hanafuda tail design represents his Japanese-American heritage and the flower leis are there to represent the love he generates even in his passing (similar the leis draped on the bow of an outrigger canoe as a blessing and symbol of safe passage).
